What flash and lens for macro

I was recommended a Sunblitz flash that comes with the metal bracket.... cost about $85.. anyone has used it before? Is good? I mean what should i look for in the flash?

I think ExplorerZ has used it before. For me i use the emoblitz more because of the flexibility it gives, although it looks bulky from some people's point of view.
