What camera bag do you use?

My bag is an oversized LV Speedy which can fit in a bag organizer where I placed my DSLR in. Problem is, the bag's material is suedue so it's extremely heavy
But as a lady, I needed something stylish to carry around lol
Times like this that I wish I'm a witch then can use Undetectable Extension Charm on my clutches etc.

Am thinking of getting a Passport Sling but the colors cannot make it.
I did find some pretty camera bags for ladies but too expensive haha!

But you have a LV wor... Camera bags should be peanuts compared to your LV... :bsmilie:

for personal use with 2 lens a flash, i am using crumpler 6 MDH. It is compact, doesn't change shape when loaded and well protected. The only complaint is that the strap doesn't really stay on the shoulder if i don't cross sling it. Thinking of getting similar size to replace it. I am not looking at black traditional looking sling camera bags from lowepro and TT alike. any suggestion?

if i want to carry a little more gears, I have TT streetwalker HD and airport take off trolley bag accompanied by some modular skin bags. TT airport take off is my most used bag and i would say it is value for money though expensive. built quality is superb and looks like it will last for many years.

Just buy inserts lor.. for ladies it's actually easier to carry fashionable handbags with inserts for camera.. guys don't quite have much designs to choose for fashionable cam bags.. so in the end I just choose the most eye appealing and functional kata 3n1 series.

I use a Crumpler Haven insert with my Goyards, Burberry, Pradas. So far so good whenever I used them in place of my Billingham

I believe many have the same thought. Get a smaller bag for leisure shot when you don't want to bring so many lenses. I have delayed that because, why can't I just put in less in the same bag? If I am just bringing my cam with a single lens, then just sling that camera! Bring a normal bag to keep if you don't want too much attention when not shooting. It works for me.

Really depends on the bag u r using. I swear by inserts as I've smashed a filter attached to a lens when one '****' of an idiot once banged against my Billingham which is supposed to already provide very good protection.

Moreover I quite OCD in I want my stuff packed properly in their positions haha

U can find the pic of the smashed filter (B+W sobs) in one of the threads in the MFT forum.

Someone did said this before and I agree. You paid $$$$ for a great lens, then you add a filter to that lens. Now, instead of filter, I use the hood to protect my lens. If location is very dusty, then filter. I am referring to clear filter.

Agree , hence if need a filter ; use a good one. Don't need to list which r the good ones.
Don't scrimp and end up wasting the good IQ u had spent for.

But be prepared , no filter means once knock hard - finish Liao.

In all, we make our own decision. Just be ready to accept the consequences.

That's why I use both filter and hood. Double protection! Hahaha
