Hi, I'm new here. Hubby emailed me this thread and said it was something up my alley. Love baking. Actually of making my Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake soon as it has been a long long time since I've made it and I don't want to forget the technique.

Anyone care for a slice?

LOL! that is always the case! You can try to form a baking club? Rotate kitchens like every week or month and do up something different to try. I don't mind helping you to clear the food. ;p

i dun really know how to bake leh.. think most ppl are scared of the hassle of cleaning up? there're 2 other ladies here who can bake well, Haze & Funny

That looks very good! I bake as a serious hobby. Have not graduated to puffs yet as I'm too busy with my breads and other stuff.

:cry: i cannot share my kitchen. Hubby's home kitchen too small.
My home kitchen... home tiger LOVe cleaniness.. bake liao have to clean from top to bottom:embrass:
