one thing, the guy already gotten what he deserves. he got lectured in front of more than 10 Heads of Department yesterday. dunno wat they'll do to him but definitely not praise him for sure. so he's basically trying to irritate me into doing stupid things as i still keep quiet all these while. he's working well lah, im losing my mind soon

never mind lah.. when i lose my temper, i strongly believe that i could silence her myself but it'll only make the grp happier. they just want to make me miserable (as if im not feeling sad enough) simply becos though they got the dog, they lost their reputation. who would still dare to call them (a.s.d.) in future??

im also asking my frens to cool down, as all of them have suffered enough too. legal ? no point lah. this a.s.d. is just one man show.. or his wife helping him. i dont want to have anything to do with him ;(

Just print out what they wrote in the forum, goto some lawyer and ask if there are anythings that you can do about it.
Keep record of all exchange between them, you and the guy including date and time since your first call. This might be useful later if they were to accuse you.
If possible, keep record from the time you found the dog. I think the person who groom the dog should be a very useful witness for you.

You are right to keep quiet. Do keep a record whenever he call you or try to irritate you.

already asked the lawyer.. i can file a civil case against them. i got too many witnesses..
sue them? a.s.d
but all these.. is it worth it ? they already gotten the dog.. the medication and it's in good hands now. that's all it really matters...

have checked, neither a.s.d guy nor the garment officer has any case against me. they mishandled the whole thing though.. after a week's of horrifying threatening and harrassment to me & my family, i only hope i get peace...
