Still eating biscuits and drinking kopi......coz was cutting the meat into slices. soaking the "chan pei" now....later need to make sauce...then marinade the meat.....maybe late tonite can roast liao.

I am experimenting with making char siew lah.......until now I have yet to find one tat rivalled the taste I found in KL.

I don't love my dog anymore.........I am obliged to take care of him niah. Animals in Aust is more fortunate than people lah :sticktong
He knows how to make his entry to the house....by disturbing the neighbour excessivley(barking)...we got let him inside the house for awhile till he satisfied....
