;) thx for the kind words. The PC lenses are really fun lenses for occassional situations
But they are fantastic for getting abit more foreground/background focus with tilt

sometimes really miss this fine lens.. the rendition and the bokeh is very creamy

The colour rendition is so good I initially thought it was on film! Can you please share your workflow on this pic? I'm shooting a 50/1.4 on my F3HP but haven't never seen such superb tones!

Thanks guys!
zgim80: I used alienskin exposure.. 'polaroid(yellowed)' . then adjust accordingly from there. think did a bit of 'pale' to lower saturation too. then I did some vignetting and lastly tuned down the level slightly for a dim/cinematic look.
hope it helps.
Depending on the scene and the shot, this setting might not work all the time too. So try to play around and adjust to taste :)

Handheld closeup shots using micro Nikkor 55mm f/2.8 AIS lens. No pp, except resize & add watermark. Exif info intact.
I'm quite surprised by its sharpness and details produced by this lens. :)

Carl Zeiss Jena DDR MC Biometar 80/2.8 on D300s. Not a Nikkor manual focus lens per se; just wanna share the interesting way this lens renders out-of-focus areas.

I got it off e bay in pretty bad condition. alot of white specs on the inside of the lens and without the front/back caps and no viewfinder. strangely, the lens mount was also missing... so right now i have to hold the lens infront of the camera with my hand to get it to work. haha. i managed to get it cleaned up at the shop, but still waiting for a proper replacement lens mount. got it in this terrible condition for 300++ or so. then had to add the cleaning cost, but still cant use it properly =\ doesnt work on my d200, but it fits in the d2H.

Thanks for Mr.Ben Ang sharing experiment with me.Its rather cheap although in such condition, but after you refurbished it,I think you will like it much more.

This is freaking awesome man!! it renders just like the Canon TV 0.95, very classic rendering and I'm loving it!

Haha thanks! I like the fact that quite a number of old lenses have swirly bokeh. :D
