Yeah...just can't imagine why there are still so many people queuing up for such junk food, which has long been abandoned by people from the West.
it boils down to how sensitive the religion is... i see some religion tend to be extremely sensitive as compared to others... especially across the causeway. or probably these people don't give a hoot about the actual teachings of their religion but blow their trumpets just to be heard/seen.

Actually the dolls don't even represent the zodiac well, except for rabbit and tiger because of the distinct pattern, the rest are juggled. So even if you put up a pig, it won't look like one to begin with. Thus is can be deduced that pig is the last icon regardless zodiac or not.
They could have easily package the pig doll as lucky 12 instead of omit it.

Thanks for the clarification, but no thanks. Although I'm a Doraemon fan, a Chinese zodiac will not be complete without the boar. Don't like it to be replaced by the cupid.

Why are full grown adults getting so worked up over some god darm toys? Racial and religious sensitivity over some retarded fairy tale and I clearly know which of it has a higher priority.

McDonald's main aim at the end of the day is to make as much $$$ as possible... so, if everyone decides not to patronize them, or decides not to buy their toys, then it will send a message to them... a message where it affects their bottom line... $$$ :bsmilie:

I know this is only MD's problem with the audience but I take this issue with high interest because Zodiac is extremely significant to Chinese birth, CNY and feng shui. My Zodiac is pig or boar, thus this is very insensitive. 
Eastern have zodiac (even Vietnam has it), Western has horoscope.
