Saw it yesterday around evening time.

That's a 100% btw and I was using a 17-55 lens so yes, i was very near to it. I would say it came from somewhere between the musical fountain (where i was) and the giant merlion. It looks like the same kinda smoke ring that I saw later on from the large fireballs fired during the Magical Sentosa show. Could it be they are testing the fireball machines at the now defunct VolcanoLand? The location is very highly likely. Maybe they are testing it before they decide to sell it off. Hur Hur.

Wah Kao... you must mean floating dust in my eyes...
I can see it flying around west - east w/ my eyes... Picture taken with 24-105 at 105mm... not some super duper tele.
