Someone got the worm something like myself.jpg.exe from MSN with msg like: hey, check out my picture! Then it spreads by mass sending the same msg to ur msn lists. I managed to remove it by first end task from the memory, then locate the file, delete it, hkey/run remove in startup, msconfig remove the process. It's not stubborn at all unlike some virus.
