I went to Pungol for beach shots for quite a number of times. Never got tired of the beach and the sunset there.

It's at Punggol beach. But can't advise you how to get to the kelong which is across the water, sorry. :bsmilie:

I could be wrong, but didn't notice any bridge going across.
