refer to eikin's map. it is really, not very hard to find. probably the easiest out of all of the locations he has mentioned. right next to punggol mrt, when you exit the gantry look to your right there is one big field, beyond that there is another one (with a road between the two), that is where mathilda house is.

its fenced up properly now and some walls have been repainted
not as nice as before

please note that Matilda House is not open to public access. any discussion related to such will be removed.

the building is gazetted as a conservation building and is fenced off to prevent potential intruders from damaging the remaining structures, which are themselves dilapidated and not certified structurally safe for public access. those interested can still take pictures from outside of the boundary of the house.

wa, i NEVER KNEW that there was such a nice looking place with streams around the corner la, ok is my fault, i never explore

been there so many times.. feel a bit paiseh that i didn't know hurhur. oh i'm talking about punggol beach btw. for people who go there, please keep walking, the beach is much bigger than i thought. some shots from the other day:

I saw this thread and it inspires me to make a trip down to ponggol! I was there last evening and MAN there were quite a number of photographers there !! After seeing many of your beautiful sunsets and sunrise, I was hopeful to find a good location to shoot sunset and sunrise as well. However the sun was quite shy last evening and I didn't manage to see its full glory.. =(

This was taken by my 6 year old son using a km 5d dslr. All i did was to tell him to go closer.
On the way in to the fishing spot.
