Hi ombre, why don't we just have everyone submit one photo from the day and get everyone to lodge two votes, they cannot vote for their own photo. The photo with most votes wins. Photos should be straight out of camera and only be resized and lodged on this thread ASAP.
A theme or two themes could be drawn from a hat when we meet Themes such as "Candid Street" "Beautiful Blooms" "Old and New" "City Skyline" "Christmas in Singapore"?
What do you think? Main thing is for it to be fun.

Ok by me for 3 photos and whoever gets most votes sounds good, just don't know that everyone has access to photo shop or is familiar with it. You might have to put that little bit of extra effort to lift your lacklustre standard. Who are you trying to kid? Lacklustre my big fat Aunty Mary's ar--!

Alright yea, maybe without photoshopping. Any of the in-camera effects will be fine? Honestly I don't remember what FZ18 has, and I never use mine. Hah. =)

Yes, finally got FZ28 from Malaysia. Damage suffered is RM1237 ~ S$530 with a free carrying case.

Just browse thru the guide, didnt teach much thing. Any tips on shooting night shoot? Just roughin tell me what setting. I know need to practice to get better quality. But at least need abit of basic fundatamental.

Since its in the name of fun -
shall we just base in on 1 photo per person, 1 vote per person and right out of the Cam with out any post editing.

Theme Should be Open to anything . Most votes wins. simple and straight forward .

u mean like u are in a dark place (eg. clubbing at zouk)???... if u dun wan to use a tripod, shutter speed will have to go as low as possible, as u dun wan a blur image..
so its like

low shutter speed
big aperture (small F-stop)
higher ISO number

but without flash, it can't promise u picture without blur...
