I dont believe you can sue for intimidation, but i guess anything is possible, recent story, some women in America sued because she spilled her coffee.

Firstly the other chap must give me the reason to do it. But he smart euongh to change a lot of his posting. I do not know why this thread is start? But I will take it that it is curiosity on the part of canonised. Firstly let get a few fact clear. I do not do this to other except this chap. Oh the funny part about he faxing me his detail. He do not have do. I know him, I know where his studio is and people who know him, oh even his mobile number if he have not change it yet.
The part about "he do not worth it and yet I want to sue him" are completely got out of context. If you read the thread. I say: "I do not want to go into a flame war with him because he not worth it" and "I will not take part and put in effort in any thread he start".
So the part about sueing came on the part where I say he could make bigger ego of himself if that will make he happy, the only thing I reminded him is that if he will to give misleaded or give false statement or insult I do not warrant I reserve the right to sue him.
In fact if you read his eariler posting before he edit it. The whole incident come about some PMs we exchanged on some past incidents between he and me. The funny thing is that he PM me first. Of course to stay out the way between him and student. If you have the chance to read my first PM I send I say silence is golden and I will leave him alone if he do the same. But because of a past incident the PMs become a heated conversation in PMs that nothing to do with incident between him and student. The one you will see is" I told you silence is golden, you refuse to listern and now have to be abuse by me" is one on the last PMs we exchange. But he could not take it laying down. So he decided to put on a public show, dragging student in the picture knowing the fact I and student are on a good term. But student got nothing to do with our heated exchange. I have say I will keep the main context of our past incident private for reason it involve others. No point dragging others in. And let me repeat student was not one of them.
So a person that can drag other that have nothing to do in our heated private conversation and when he can not take it laying down, he put on a public show. Do I need to repsect him? He can do what he want. I do not give a damn as long as he present trueful facts and not twisted them around. So I am doing this posting because I think canonised's curiosity can worth the effort. I except him to reply. I say all I wanted. So these are my last words on this thread. Knock yourself out except for that chap. The others need not to worry me sueing you, of course unless you out to insult me:think: :bsmilie:
