serene said:I have seen some comments/feedback by users who tried the E-300. In general, they feel that the built is not worse than the Digital Rebel and some commented that the camera has a professional feel despite its low prices. Also learnt that some Sigma lenses are supported - does anyone know anything about it? Thanks
Hmm, any comments saying that the build is not worse than the Drebel surely isn't very informative since the Drebel is about the lowest denominator you can find with regards to build quality! :bsmilie: That said, I think a lot of people will be pleased with the body strength of the E300. I suspect that the shutter life would be a pleasant surprise as well.
Not sure if you'd want to place a Sigma lens on the E-300 given that the Oly ZD lenses are already so good value for money. (I was going to say "cheap" but Singaporeans don't really like cheap. They think they want cheap but they actually mean that they want "value") :nono:
A lightweight E-300 body with the splendid 11-22 would make a wonderful walkabout combination.
