Bro, here are my 1cents comment. 1stly, is she perturbed when you ask her to pose this shot or is the reflector from sunlight too strong??:bsmilie: 2ndly, i prefer cleaner walls.. 3rdly, she should have wear another colour other than white.

1. nope. but i kinda like the look. yeah the sunlight was quite harsh, hence the squinting.

2. run down area mah.. lol.. n this was shot with alot of joss paper ash from 7th month burning (shot this behind 天福&#23467. lol.

3. yeah, agreed on the colour. actually in the original, the white wasnt blown out. but i like contrasty images, so i bumped it up, till the point the white burnt out. :embrass:

Bro, if i have a situation like this, i have two solutions: 1st use clone , 2nd use magnectic lasso her out from this wall, and place her into another backdrop. then slowly diffuse the shadow on her right arm..

hmmm.. that 1 kinda out of my league now leh (in my attempts to do smth like this, never succeeded before, mostly due to my inability to match lighting)... not pro enough. but will take ur suggestion. thanks bro!

I ish want to do that. But my current body cant support CLS. I did try manual off camera flash, but really super tedious, n hard to coordinate. My body's max sync speed only 1/180s somemore. :cry:

Thank you for the prayers, listening ears, the concerns, support, encouragement and advises in the past 2 weeks. It got me through a very difficult time with the premature delivery of my baby boy - Asher Ng.

Asher is doing fine now and has moved out of the incubator 2 days ago. He came so early, not to witness the first Night Race but to a condition know as (severe) Pre Eclampsia. A dangerous one that I could have lost him or the mother.. Thank God the worst is over...!

1. yeah quite stand out. but dun have many. lol.

2. haha got complain a bit lah. we were covered in ash by the end of the shoot lor. we didnt expect tat place to have so much ash n smoke, etc. also.

3. thanks buttie. normally this is the threshold i bump up to. it might work for some, but might not for others.
