Canon has 2 category of product. 1Ds and 1D

1D is targeting at reporters and sports photographers.

1DS ( stands for Studio ), is targeting at photographers who works in Studio or those taking landscapes or travel pics.

It really depends on your style of photography. No one horse for all courses... :bsmilie:
