TFCD Experience Part 2 - Royal Sporting Mania​

Date : Sat, 16th Feb 08
Time : 0830hrs
Proposed Location : Sentosa Tanjong Beach

Models will have 3 sets of apparels.

Proposed required equipment/props: - Pls state whether u all can provide these and additional equipment or gear not present here.

- Volleyball
- Frisbee
- Gatorade bottle (Or addidas or nike also can) to give sporty feel
- I was thinking of a fan with a generator to create the wind effect on the models... Anyone has those fan and generator? Pierce?? hee...
- Sunblock, for models and for us... in case we may get sunburnt...
- Reflectors

Shoot details as follows:

Meeting time & place will be 0800hrs@ Harbourfront MRT . Will leave on time to take the bus so do not be late. Those who are driving please PM me so i can arrange u all maybe to drive the models in.

Shoot will start at 0830hrs sharp to avoid harsh sunshine.

Schedule:

0830hrs - 0900hrs: Volleyball Action
0900hrs - 0915hrs: Break & change attire
0915hrs - 0945hrs: Frisbee Action
0945hrs - 1000hrs: Break & change attire

1000hrs - 1045hrs: Team 1 shoot Model 1; Team 2 shoot Model 2
1045hrs - 1100hrs: Break
1100hrs - 1145hrs: Team 2 shoot Model 1; Team 1 shoot Model 2
1145hrs - 1215hrs: Group shoot for 2 models

Shooters: Redsun, initude, foxcorn, junniee, plasma, highfive, ilsam, kuantoh

Team 2:

Leader: pierceteo

Shooters: falconite, blazer_workz, limken, Dreampact, SolBadGuy, Cinnamon Pinwheel, naka

For action shoot from 0830hrs to 0945hrs, the 2 teams will shoot together. The arrangement of the shooters will be released either by tmr or latest Wed.

As its quite a large shooting contingent, it is e photographers' responsibilities to ensure that the models feel comfortable.

I will send a soft copy of the details via PM once all props and equipment are finalized with the final shoot details.

Still in midst of planning out wet weather contingency so if anyone has any ideas can PM me also.

Hello brothers and sisters, this is a heads-up for the coming event shoot in Sepang. Keeping everything totally transparent for billing purpose and run of prog, if i am tied-up in last minute. Will go ahead and liaise for personalised bus if we have the numbers.

Please bring your power zoom and TC for range shoot on fast cars. Of course expect the race queens and promoters so some portiates expected.
