hmm... I feel that its a little bit early for any discussion. We do not know what is to be done and what is the event all about.. this meeting might not be fruitful in that sense ( time is precious ), no body knows what is to be done at all....

I suggest that we firm up more details before we get together to see each others point of view again. I feel that now is a little bit too early..... just a personal suggestion..

The deadline for CS submission is on 17th June, after which they going to select and request for bigger resolution for printing to A2 size. I viewed it we got around 2 weeks to come out our images ... based on what PE has given on earlier we have to anticipate what is the next steps.

Note CS got more headaches as the members pool are wider then Tangshooters. We only manage our side. Please feel free to suggest.

Please add on questions to the list.

Pertaining to posting of images:
1. Why is there a Tangshooters' corner?
I have no ideas, but isnt it a good opportunity?

2. Can Tangshooters still post images in other categories?
By all means, please carry on to post in other categories. No rules to stop you as you are also part of CS members.

3. Are images posted in Tangshooters corner still be qualified for the A2 printout?
I think still be qualified but need to check how many allocation can be printed. Otherwise you can post in other categories and get selected for printing.

4. Is there a limit to the number of images, both online and printed?
As far as info is give, each member of CS is given 20 max in each categories, print not sure? We can work something similar along the line.

5. Who gets to decide which photos get printed?
Basically ourselves, TS committee or CS admin?. Because PE told me our call if I interpret correctly, may need to check what type of images cant be posted. So we have to screen it.

Pertaining to the event:
1. More details on the event.
2. Which area are Tangshooters help needed?
3. What are we suppose to do?
4. How much manpower is needed?
5. Are we allowed to promote ourselves with name cards?

Part 1-4 I will not give my views now. Will wait for PE.
Part 5 - Dont think is the right to give at this moment, rem CS members also involved. We will promote Tangshooters as a group, not individual.

I have a question here too...
- who owns the picture rights after the picture is submitted to CS? Does CS has the right to use this picture in the future ? or even sell the picture for profit ?
