107. National Palace Museum
This museum has a permanent collection of over 677,687 pieces of ancient Chinese artifacts and artworks, making it one of the largest in the world.
And I can see some items dated from 13th century BC !!! that means it's 15000 years old items !!

110. A place called home
I made a promise to myself that if I ever got a chance to go to Taiwan, I will definitely visit this place no matter how far or inaccessible it is.
After many mails, FB message and calls, finally I find out how to go here.
When I step into the place, the priests welcome me like I belong to this "home" and I was able to hear speech given by the main priest himself :)

How do I go there: Take local train until Zhunan station, then take taxi another 20km using address written in chinese given by my friend.

PS: More pics of this place and its surrounding will come soon, I can guarantee no fellow clubsnapper have come to this area. It's a small village near emei lake where most of the ppl still have a simple life and super friendly towards others.

Very beautiful and well taken shots of Taiwan.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
I'm taking down notes as I will be going there for 4 days only in Feb, 2011.
Thanks for sharing. Keep posting.
Enjoy yourself and Good Bless.

116. Emei Lake from higher ground
After visiting the temple and had a super nice vegetarian lunch :), I went to the nearby bicycle rental shop and rent it for 1 day (NT$100 = S$4.5 / day)

The first thing they said is don't turn left and go down the steep slope on the first turn, because it's a narrow road and not many ppl pass that area.
After I got the cycle....I turn left and go down the steep slope ;p;p

118. Travelled Road
The kind of road that I traveled, sometimes it's a nice asphalt road, but there are times it's just soil paved with stones and sands

119. Water Plant
There's an interesting story when i was about to stop to take this picture.
A lady approached me and asked if I can help her to lift her car (Suzuki Swift), I was like...what ?!?!!!! :)
The she explain that her front wheel stucked in a hole in the sidestreet and not able to get out.
I was the first person to arrive, then we stop every person passing by the area....only after 7 people finally we manage to lift the car.
I never knew a car can be that heavy hahaha

PS: I should have taken a group picture, but I'm too tired and sweaty to think about it :)
