Thanks Thomas for your kind words. Have much to learn from you. The next photo is a meagre attempt on a minimalist composition... Wished I had my tripod with me for a long exposure.

91. What's on the Menu

An experimental shot while dining in Jensens Bofhus, a reasonably priced steakhouse. It started to rain after I left Kungsholmen. So it was quite nice dining there, sheltered, and watching people walking about with their brollies.

BTW, the focus is on the reflection off the glass.

94. Untitled

Saw this group while walking along Skeppsholmen, en-route to the Moderna Museet. The strong back sunlight provided a photo opportunity.

96. Please...

In the midst of the affluence, poverty rears its ugly head. I have been told that most of the street beggars come from the neighbouring Baltic states, where they come in droves seeking better prospects.

97. Busker

Buskers are a common sight, even in Stockholm.

2. Fika Time at Gamla Stan

Fika is a Swedish word that refers to coffee break. It is a popular past time of the locals and you often find them seated both inside and outside quaint cafes that line the streets. This picture is taken outside the cafes at Stortoget, or small public square, in Gamla Stan.

Enjoyed ur series, I like the way you do your shots. Very subtle colors, nothing overwhelmingly saturated, yet congruent with the story you are conveying. A lot of them are done at larger apertures with good de-emphasise of background.

Love pic 2. Easily representative of a lot of nordic cites actually. I came across a lot travel books that capture similar angles in sunset hrs.
