Agreed bro :)
I think even in our small group, it's a lil distracting. But not too bad. The God was smiling at us at Lwr Seletar :)
Everyone gave each other just enough space too.
That one limit already.

Ya. Thats why you see a lot of the landscape photographers are bordering on being a hermit.

I'm so honored!! :)
I guess now I gotta stick close to you instead? :)

I am so glad I've attend it... learn things, meet new fellow enthusiasts, get poisoned...

stick to your gf... not me.

this group is more special to me....at least to me.... first outing I attended in cs was organised by ZCA on the rooftop of the durian husk building. Basically, I stick close to him.... hahaha... :bsmilie:

Hey same here. The esplanade was the first for me too. Now i see "Gaowei" also planning a shoot there. More organisers = But the picture he attach doesn't look like the pov from the rooftop of the esplanade.

basically 2 things.... the odd hours, and need to move around to look for good composition.

His photos looks pretty good....at least to me.... but the cutoff reflection irks me abit....
he should be a pretty decent teacher for the freshies...

The photo looks decent enough... but never really noticed the nick before. Suddenly out of the blue an outing planned. Interested to see the results. Don't recognise some of the people who signed up either.

Just glad that we have new blood taking up the mantle of leading and guiding groups of newbies at outings :)

I remembered Gaowei attending one of my early outings.

We can relax a bit. Don't have to think so much about when is the next outing to organize.

Me? Taking short hiatus from organizing, but not from attending ;)

Hmm... seems like he's taking on 10 newbies by himself. You have taught him well!

When you reorganise your photowalks, i'll be there to support it! ;)

Ya bro, you deserve a break. Relac one corner just shoot shoot. Sweeet.

Afterall, with all the Masters here, I also need to level up my 'kung-fu'!

Hey DD, Where you learn your PS kungfu? Did you attend any advance courses or all study yourself from books?

Itching to shoot fireworks too!
Speaking of fireworks, I shot the NDP preview fireworks last Saturday. Practicing the black card technique (need more practice :P).
Anyway, when I zoomed in the pic, I found that the light lines of the fireworks are not straight, more like curvy. I shot together side-by-side with a friend and he's using the same lens, but different body (D300s) and different aperature. His light lines are straight. I don't think it's my tripod because the lights from the building in the background are fine.
Anyone can share some light as to what may be the reason?

PS. Will post some of the pics later for reference.

I want to join too! Missed both photowalks sessions last time :(
But yeah now time to relax first bro Ding :)

Arrgh. I'm stuck at home another week! Just went to doc, try to see whether he can check me out and stuff but was told to stay home the full two weeks. Which means till next Tue. My whole weekend is burnt! ARRGH!

Too bad no camera...

Yeah, can only admire from my office windows... saw a thin stride of rainbow somemore *smack head* :bsmilie:

Cry at every nice sunrise and sunset we did not manage to capture.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
