Woah!!! Bluish cast alert!
hahahaha... damn... keep overlooking certain parts of the photo as I re-do and re-do the PP.

Perhaps I should take this one down... hehehe... create another problem whilst trying to "solve" the first.

edit: strange though.. I'm looking at my image on the harddisk. and it looks nowhere near as blue... especially the roofs of the boats.

Yes, i used to have the same problem. I focussed mainly on the sky then realise everything below had wonky colours. Nice sky though. :bsmilie:

Keep an eye on the roofs of the boats. Should be white or pearly white. The minute the colour runs, stop tinting the sky.

You have to see the problems I have to overcome in the RAW file of this one... ;)

I kept running around talking to the newbies, once in a while come back hit the remote shutter button twice (1st hit mirror up, 2nd hit shutter opens). while the camera is exposing, I run around again talking to the newbies. Never even check my settings... I think my hyperfocal distance was a littlr off, but I didn't check..

Bro, #1 is good. But giving the top of the Central building a little more room will be nice. But i know, if you do that you will have to sacrifice some of the nice view from the boats. No choice bro... Have to make a choice either way... If only you have a UWA....

#2 has this light purplish cast that looks fine. But the punch is not there, color-wise. Did you do this slight desaturation on purpose?

#3 I think portrait orientation do not work well here. Maybe take a slightly wider view, and do a square crop (ala Medium format).

#4 I like this. It has the old photo kind of look.

#5 Bro, time to get that UWA... ;)

Wah so fast! Thanks for the feedback bro!
Hahaha, yeah my hands are itchy for a UWA too :embrass: Saving up for the Tokina 11-16 :bsmilie:

As for #2, i had a 'punchier' version, but the tree became too oversaturated/unnatural so reduced it and end up with this one. Will play around with pp again if I have the time.
#3 is my feeble attempt to give more sky for the Central building since I don't have a UWA lens yet :embrass:
