Sun Shootout @ Joo Chiat (7 March 2010)

Thanks for the tips, sir Dan. Guess I need to rethink about shooting when I switch between RF n MF. It was fun getting a quick tutorial from Thomas on the MF operation yesterday. Exposure off?

looks slightly under, handheld meter got influenced, I think by fl lights behind. Use incident since yo taking closeups. Easier :bsmilie:

What did I say that's so funny? Everybody looking at me? My fly unzipped? :-)

Anyway, couldn't resist after last week outing. Just bought a Hasselblad 500 C/M with 80 Zeiss C T* f2.8. Lens got some haze but conditions pretty good overall. Pics not sharp but Think I am still not used to it. . f2.8 @ 1/60s.

Haha ........ so you are now bitten by the MF bug. Change your focusing screen to an Acute Matte Split image/microprism. It can help to focus easier.

I want a acute matte too! or the Beattie screen sounds good too :)

Dave.. we might wanna go get together for better pricing?

Great camera there! The DOF for MF cameras are pretty thin wide open due to the surface area of the film even though the lens speed is f2.8, something to keep in mind while shooting :)

Great shots bro... How u managed to shoot the last pic. He was going to point fingers at us for shooting him right?

Thanks.

I first shot him from the back before anyone else did.

Then I think one of the guys managed to get a shot from the front, so I wanted a frontal shot as well but by the time I got to the front, he started to avoid the camera already
