Still so FAT!


Nowadays, during off shift, I have a solid breakfast that last me till 4+. Then I go for another meal. Full stop, till next morning. If feels hungry, drink plain water. If really cmi, Milo with biscuit. At work, no choice but reach home, just Milo n biscuit at 9+ else sure faint. Ha ha! Happy dieting!
