Hi ClemC, thanks for your comments. Actually I'm giving up on DIY acrylics as I find they're a little cumbersome to handle and reflects light harshly, rendering into situations whereby the lens' specifications written in front (77mm, Canon EFS, 1:3.5- 5-4.5 etc) causing them to reflect and appear on the image itself. :bsmilie: It appears rounded, as though there are writings on the ground. Apparently there is no known cause, but making DIY filters is never perfect.

Also I must say the difference is negligible as compared to Custom White Balance adjustments or temperature adjustments in Photoshop.

Anyway, here's one more. The sky isn't nice this morning.

9 Image HDR/DRI manually blended with no filters.

Superb series. All your images are
How do you hold the acrylic sheet filter onto the lens?

Hi and thanks for your interest.

I used the cokin P series filter holder to hold on to the acrylic sheet. :)

More 11 Image HDR/DRI vertorama shots from last week's Pasir Ris Park, MacRitchie and Sembawang Park outing.

Hi SomeFormOfhuman, you are the rather quiet type, is it ... Guess we have "met" this morning :) Nice to see you at Kranji.. next time do say Hi :) and we can chat a bit :)

I didn't realize it was you there. :) I didn't have my 10-22mm and filter holder with me as I lent it to someone else. So I might be going there again in the coming weeks of the morning with my wide angle.

Two more shots from Changi Beach this morning. No photographer was there apparently... :dunno:

HDR images and a 11 image vertorama shot using my old Sigma 18-200mm and Cokin ND8 graduated filter to do the trick. Tone Mapped using Nik software.

One more from Punggol Beach yesterday evening. Too bad I was late to catch the sunset due to my late bookout from camp.

This morning from the edge of Sembawang beach. 9 image HDR/DRI. Had very severe colour cast in the sky. Planning to switch to Lee filters instead.
