After The Fire

5 Image HDR/DRI 2 image stitched vertorama to increase foreground emphasis using GND 0.9 soft + ND 0.9 for smoothed cloud effects. Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

A sequel shot from the previous one.

Here comes the after glow!!

unreal.

your exposure control is seriously on point.

These 2 piece are great and its a pleasure to view your work. U work has been inspiring to many and capturing HDB's from high rise is your niche. Thus, do not get so worry about getting rate on the thread and etc. The matter most you are enjoying what you are doing and share your vision + treatment to us in CS. No comment are a good sign as cant find flaw on your work. I am not surprise to see others will mimic your view on the HDB (including myself..)...
Keep up the good job and share more with us....good weekend.

Thanks soulfy. As mentioned I'm perfectly fine and the ratings don't matter me at all. :) Thanks for the kind words, I may venture into minimalism one day in the future of my photography. It's currently all in the back of my head. haha.

nice shots!
enjoyed your "behind the scenes" shots very much..
gives me an insight on how the shot was captured..
thanks for sharing

Thanks Diluted. I'm glad that it works out for you. :D It's always nice to show what's going on the background and how it's been executed. :D

Thanks, I owe it all to my, kinda "homemade" HDR/DRI techniques that I play around in Photoshop. hahaha.

The Calm Blue Ocean

2 Image HDR/DRI using GND 0.9 soft + Lee Big Stopper for smoothed water effects. Punggol Beach, Singapore.

2 image HDR/DRI is not usual for my photos. Apparently the light was dimming faster than usual in this evening, thus never had the chance to increase my exposures even longer because of the time taken for the Lee Big Stopper to properly expose the shot. Sorry for the image noise though; had to adjust the 2nd shot a tad +1 brighter and noise removal.

Is your behind the scene photos taken with iPhone?

They were taken with my Galaxy S II. ;) I never liked iPhone... Neither did I use a Mac to edit my photos.

Great work Stefan. Never fail to inspire each time I visit your thread.

Thanks Fibredrive. I'm glad you liked them. ;) I've been following your progress too man, Great work!

Back Home

5 Image HDR/DRI using GND 0.9 soft + Tiffen ND 1.2 for smoothed cloud and traffic effects. Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Discovered some more new locations from tall HDBs around Ang Mo Kio yet again. Not as good as the previous' but nonetheless...

The Lost Coast of Changi

5 Image HDR/DRI 2 image stitched pano using GND 0.9 soft + ND 1.2 + ND 0.9 for smoothed water and cloud effects. Changi Beach Coast, Singapore.

The tide was unexpectedly high averaging around ~1.5m - 2.0m... tried my attempt to get there - it was almost inaccessible.

Corrugation

3 Image HDR/DRI ranging from 200, 380 and 600 seconds for highlights. Telok Blangah Estates, Singapore.

The block on the right is significantly bigger than the left, and they're not placed fully symmetrical. And the path of the true center between the two flats were blocked preventing me from standing at the true center. Some construction this is. I apologise if the image is not symmetrically balanced; I desire precision.

very interesting perspective. I believe this is already as good as it gets.
