yeah! my lasolite EzSoftbox knock-off finally arrived!

i've just set it up and took a test pic of the first thing at hand. nothing scientific.

Sb800 with diffuser cap pointing straight up on S3pro. 1/125, f5.6 @ iso100.

Sb800 + PQ23 softbox

can't wait for my kids to come back home for me to shoot at later... ;p

haha... knock-off lah. its the PQ23 softbox. pretty good copy of the real deal fm lasolite. its only 1/5th the cost. i'm not so crazy to get the real EzSoftbox... :bsmilie:

size? the softbox + adapters all fit into this bag...

no actually... but the softbox mebbe still new. the bendable frame is still pretty stiff. when i unpacked it just now, it just 'boing' open and hit my face.... :sweatsm:

wat i din like was the hotshoe. it has a flimsy metal plate on the shoe which kinda messes up my sb800. i'm going to change it into a optical hotshoe so that i can trigger a flash using an ext trigger.

chey. i thought u strike 4D and buy the original stuff. its good for portrait shooting. tested it out with melvinho for beauty shots. value for money i would think.

i nvr had a problem with that. maybe cos the material is thick enough. the most can see the brolly shape tats all.

i have a similar soft box set up
having a hard time folding it back into the bag =x
still gotta get the method right. :embrass:
