Did a test with the 18-55 at 100% crop. The fine detail for Zeiss is amazing.

Finally got my hand on this much anticipated lens. This lens is super clear and in my opinion definitely worth investing the money in.

Btw, got it from HK with a total price of $1,400 inclusive of a UV filter.

Three shot stitch taken 3 hours out of Hanoi. Manually stitched in CS5.

Here is a shot done using the panoramic mode. It works pretty well indeed. Silly me. I just realized you can also change the orientation of the direction the camera moves using the jog dial! Photo below was cropped slightly to straighten the horizon.

Yes... My colleague just got it over the weekend. Tested on my NEX 7 and I must say, CZ rocks. Pretty pricey on the price point though. 1.7K for it...

Bought mine from HK at HKD8,500. This is local stock with international warranty. Parallel import from Japan would be even cheaper.
