Looking at SONY Singapore A-700 Sneak Preview, still got two buttons waiting for update, each saying "more updates next week"......which means 2 more weeks to go. It's the same time frame I was told it will be available.

This SNEAK PREVIEW lost it's impact in my opinion, cause it's no longer a secret and in this era of Internet, information about it is everywhere. What's posted in the SNEAK PREVIEW is nothing new, all old news. Users in other part of the world are able to buy and use the camera today, and over here still no confirmed date when it will be available.

You mean the initial launching price will be higher than that ? 2.4k-2.5k it's already higher than Malaysia listed price. Selling price in KL is less than SG$2k.

Beginning to looks like not worth waiting for 2 more weeks for SG availability. Might as well plan how to get it in KL during this 2 weeks wait. :cry:

Saw the A700 in Malaysia Sony center at KLCC, the price tag RM5499.00, saw the camera in the glass cabin. Did not ask if can buy now or got to wait. If you are in KLCC, go have a look, think its at 4th floor sony style shop.
