Hi, can someone advice that when using manual Len, no aperture valve on the cam and kindly anyone advice on the setting of the camera for manual Len and thanks man.

depends on wat lens you are using. most manual legacy lense have an aperture ring which you turn to change the aperture directly on the lens.

if you are using a canon EF lens or nikon G with no aperture ring, need to buy a "smart" adaptor that has electronics that allow you to change aparture electronically. or buy a adaptor with aperture blades built in that can be changed manually.

for example this image shared earlier by errz. the lens has the aperture ring

You need an adapter which has the aperture setting on the adapter itself.

Novoflex has one.

But u can do the same with a cheapo adaptor as well.

Are they heavily cropped? Looks very painterly.

Interesting to see the CV35 V.1 wide open looks at least as good as V.2, contrary to what some reviewers said. However, CV's proprietary glass has a distinctive rendering that one either likes or doesn't.
