Yep. Its knowing what u want and wat the system can do.
Hope Sony really stick to the E FF system and produces more gems like the FE 55 f1.8 with easier prie. I really cant stomach that type of pricing knowing these AF lenses have limited life span compared to the legacy lenses ...just my opinion dont flame me. I am a legacy lens junkie.....

That's why I only have 1 FE lens bro. All my lenses are either legacy MF or A-Mount Sony/Minolta :-). Anyways I am enjoying my A7r I don't buy lenses then bitch about it later on do your homework when buying your gears that's what I always say to ppl. :-)

Actually I think that's the norm here , only have and planned to have 1 AF lens on the A7 , which is the FE55. Good to have especially when asking others to help u take a shot.

So far I've a 58/1.2 (thanks to bro Thoth) And now just waiting to add a 35mm manual lens (either CV 35/1.2 or Zeiss 35/2 Biogon) and that's prob it.

Really makes me wonder what is the different between the v1 v2 and v3. Really on the web that optically they are all the same. Not sure about coating though. The v1 looks cool being a full metal barrel.

Contrast is visibly different to me. Sharpness too if compared to my version 3. Bokeh wise, seems all d versions maintains tat awesome legendary Bokeh.

Makes me feel darn lucky to have picked up the v3. Makes me crave for more 1.2 or faster lenses... Kekeke
