Please test it and let us know whether it's really 2800 or is it just a gimmick. I'm fed up with a33 battery life.

Want to sell off my a33,is body size not my type.
Not big not small, still like my a550

I thought size and weight of the camera should already been taken into considerations when trying out at the shops before buying?

So whats the main reason for selling other than size? ;)

Will there be a A33 or A55 photo thread? THanks

Macro video - A33 + kit lens + Raynox 250 at F13. Setback is that after around 10mins of video recording, the camera prompted that the sensor is hot and auto shut off. :(

(Video was edited using Roxio 2010 Pro...the quality don't seem as good as original....)

hi Synergyworld, the f-number is set at 3.5 fixed for this video right?

was SSS turn on? SSS on will get less video time.

F number will depends on the focal length of the lens. For kit lens, its only f3.5 at widest focal length. Once you zoom in, it will stay at the biggest aperture avail at that focal length.

Of cours if you use fast lens like 50/1.8, it will stay at f3.5 constantly.

:think:Hmmmmmmm, he did mentioned aperture at F13.

I am shooting photo using Aperture Priority at f13, when I press the video recording button it will lock and start recording using f13 (or any f-stop that you have selected), and you can't change it during recording.

Actually I find it funny because when you use video recording mode, the subject suddenly got closer, eg 10mm become 12-13mm.

i suspect the slight crop is to compensate for SteadyShot. or is it because of aspect ratio? (change to 16:9, and hence a slight crop)
