Hi malditogid, very nice macro shots you have there. may i know wat did u use to create the black backdrop for the insect pics there? did you spook them in the process?
 

hi sir thanks for the comment :) the black background happens when i use my flash and when there is no background near my subject.... yes, i have tried taking some pics where the subject was spooked and ran away... this is the disadvantage of the reverse lens because you have to come very close to the subject.. unlike with the 105f2.8 micro you can stay at a distance and get good shots without using a flash :)

Great control of the whites on the fly. What sort of flash do you use? Inbuilt on the D60? Ring flash? SB600?

thanks for the kind comments sir troyp.... i use the built in flash of the d60 because i dont have any others yet... i plan to buy an sb400 or sb600 soon and use a diy catch light made of a white ice cream cover.... i used to use tissue paper and fold it on my pop up to control the light, i eventually bought a pop up flash diffuser and am now currently using it.
