Solutions to keep anger, sadness and frustration at bay

Rules say that I'm not allowed to talk about religion here, but I'm not.

When I'm going to feel angry, sad, frustrated, I start praising God... and I'm happy...

Otherwise I eat hor hor hor horhor

Anger:
People angry wif me i no angry,
If i angry i fall into his trap,
Come to think of it not worth the anger,
cos no one to replace me when i gone due to anger!;p

Sadness:
Dun worry be happy, think positive, u r always better off then many many others in the world! Look on the bright side of life!:bsmilie:

Frustration:
When feeling Frustated take 10 deep breath, if still frustrated take another 10 deep breath longer then the first time.;)
 

write them down. think about them. draw them. paint them.
 

Hug a tree.

On a serious tone, eating, sleeping or writing or taking photos seem like a good idea. Easy on the prata and chocolates though.:bsmilie:
