Haha~! You did? Okay then. My initial thought was motion blur, and that was something easy to fix. Since you did use a tripod, well, err... good luck man! ;p

The window photo is actually heavily cropped... I'll zoom in abit more next time... but shooting other people's windows, I still feel not very good about zooming in...;p

The tree is a little too messy for my liking, especially the criss-crossed sections of the thicker branches in the centre-bottom part of the frame. The little leaves are also too distracting, though they do offer a little bit of interest on first glance.

Thanks! I'll look out for trees that are not so messy... However, this tree is just like that loh... Actually I did not noticed the leaves until you pointed it out...
