oh no darren...

big screw up. accidentally uploaded all my pics into the wrong folder. (1st june instead of 29th may), and one picture which was not supposed to be covered by me...

i cannot seem to transfer/delete the pictures. pls advice.

When I started transferring pics to the album, I changed to 31/05/05. After that, it changed back to 01/06/05 and I uploaded 7 before I realised that the date had changed back. So sorry.

I have moved the images to their proper locations. I have also edited the album names so that they appear in the proper order. Please, please be careful when you upload, make sure that the proper album is selected.

my next role is on 8 June, Wed, 8-10pm, Area C.

But just realised i got course from 8-10 Jun, 5.30-8.30pm (maybe longer, plus transport time).

Mind anyone can offer a swap or a stand-in, case the former cant work out!?

Hi Darren

I was @ today's SSF shooting for fun cause not my turn yet. However, 1 of the SSF organiser @ stage C demand to see the pass (not wearing it cause I not on duty mah). Upon showing her my pass (2 pcs, 1 from EG, 1 from Simon), she insist that I give her CS forum's contact number to validate the 2 pass!!??

I told her there is none, @ this point of time, another lady SSF organiser @ stage C came over and told me I can continue shooting, provided I wear the 2 pass. I told her CS state this is a open event, so its open to public to shoot (pls correct me if I am wrong, if thats the case, I apologise). However, she told me its not open to public to shoot.

I believe this is not the 1st time this happens, pls advice is this event open to public to shoot. This will helps to prevent any further mis-understanding between fellow CSers and the SSF organiser.

IMO, the problem here is not just about wearing the pass., but is this event open to public to shoot, we may have the pass, but not all the CSers who go there to shoot have. It will be a wasted trip, a rether unpleasent one for that matter. As the lady SSF official told me it is not.

i agree with u man, haze and I meet the same prob the other day...
but somehow this seems to only happens at stage _, the other stages i went, the officials there have no problems with either CSers or general public taking pics at all...

Afterall, it is meant to be for the public to enjoy the street fest, then why can't take pics?

May be one or two organisers are just throwing their weights around. BTW, last night one of their crew member approached John Tan and me to help them to cover the events, and we refer him to clubsnap website for the photos.

So there are some people whom really appreciate clubsnap presence for this event. Cool man. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

no lar, they really thought it is not open to public to shoot, they really look suprise when I told them CS forum say public can shoot. may be just some mis-communication between top level and ground troop, happens all the time.

I am on duty 5-7, stage A :thumbsup: who wants to join me, come come dont shy. ha ha ha
