Singapore Fireworks Festival, Team Singapore, 8th August 2006, Tuesday
Location to shoot from :
Marina East (along the coast next to Tanjong Rhu) to get CDB as background and have a frontal view of the fireworks shot from Marina Bay. Red star on map below : http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_...d=6736&level=3
Time to meet :
8pm sharp (need to walk about 25-30 minutes to get to the shooting spot).
Place to meet :
Bus Stop outside Costa Rhu Condo. (Bus service no. 158). Bus stop location is red star in map : http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_... el=5?227,332

As it will take at least 30 minutes to get to the shooting location, we will not wait for anyone but move out at 8pm sharp.

Anyone who is interested can just join us at 7.45-8pm even there is no prior arrangement with me.
No attendance will be taken. Move out at 8pm sharp from the bus stop.
Contact is just in case anyone needs direction and help, and of course for me to gather the people there or otherwise it would be a group of strangers staring at each other there while waiting.
Now got to go urgently for lunch appointment. No time to reply pm.

Do you mean Canon S2 IS with a 12x optical zoom? Can. I'm using Nikon Coolpix 5700 which is 8x optical zoom.
Actually, about 3-4 times zoom is sufficient.
More important is remember to bring a tripod.

Ok, I've just replied to all the pm's after coming back from an extra long lunch.
Most probably, I won't be logging in again until after 10+pm earliest. Also won't be able to take any calls until about 7pm. However, feel free to call after 7pm if you need help in finding your way there.
