Woah, subject seperation is amazing. They just seem to 'pop-out' of the background. Was that shot wide open? The samples we see here seem to be contradictory to the reviews I've seen. :think:

lemon issues? of course.. AF can run away if u r slightly move away from the subject..

u must also understand your camera AF.. how they work.. vertical n horizontal AF points work differently.. to get sharp pix.. u must learn to overcome.. :bsmilie:

Perhaps I should rephrase as lemon copies. For the Sigma 10-20, there are known issues of one sided softer than the other.

ic.. err.. i think the lens made just like 50mm.. sharper at the centre.. softer at the border.. barrel distortion lo.. but it depends on the angle u shoot la.. sometime it will be obvious. sometime dont.. chromatic abbrevition is ok.. compared to 50mm

imho, the sigma is currently the best after nikkor AF 28mm f1.4, which is already discontinued and damn expensive.. correct me if i'm wrong..

What mount? I know John 3:16 has one more copy of Canon mount that's quite sharp, but you got to stop down to f/2.2 or 2.5 to get better sharpness across the frame. Centre is amazing wide open. If Nikon mount, I think they're bringing it in soon. Other mounts not so sure.
