Hong Kong Sony website states the Nex 7 is out of stock. Can take order on the website though

I made a call to Sony Malaysia... the lady on the line told me that its just pre-launch information on their website and they will only have the camera for sale in a few months. When exactly, she doesn't know...

No~~~~ but i think quite ok also, few months later i think i can save enough money for it, not going to Universal Studio until i get a camera or i lost lot of the fun there haha

Launch day today in Japan. Finally got mine, prices here is more expensive than the US but way cheaper than DigitalRev, I got mine for under SGD2400 with the kit black zoom lens. Packaging is very nice and well done. Pity I have to throw it all away as I am already way overloaded for the trip home.

I think that's for the special kit version.. mine is a body only set.

I sighted one just now from a tourist i believe, at Ion Orchard B2 with his baby stroller =D i walk pass him at first i thought it was nex-5n with sel18200 then i go back and notice the EVF eye piece LOLX!!! the only thing other Nex don't have

Hmmm might have to wait to see sample images if the new 1855 is a new version. I.E. that the previous versions of the lens is able or unable to resolve the 24mp sensor

I've not much experience on photo taking, but i heard that Nex-7 Fixed the "Clicking" sound on video recording, try video record with Nex-7 and shake it.. see whether the "clicking" sound come out in the video

I took out my NEX 7 + LA-EA2 with 16-50 lens out for some shot + video at vivo city/underwater world. No click sound so far. (had play it on my PC & cam)
