hi bro 1999 is WITH kit lens? Omg I thought it was price W/O kit lens... haha! do they sell body only?

I think they have , but have been down to the show to confirm yet. The RRP is 1799 for body only .. if the usual friendly shops have stocks, can get it cheaper by 100 bucks like that.

Hi guys, i think im a bit dumb and can't find a solution to this.

Is there anyway to activate / deactiate the LCD quickly? I want the VIEWFINDER to be OFF, unless I put my eye close to it (this is currently the case already), BUT, i also want to be able to manually switch on and off the LCD. Right now it is ALwAYS ON, unless i put my eye at the view finder...

Is this possible? When i press the DISP (top of the control nav buttons), it just toggles between the different display types, but doesnt switch on and off the screen...

Hmm I think unfortunately, the NEX7 doesnt have a hot button to manually switch from LCD to EVF quickly. So its either auto , or evf only , or LCD only. When in the EVF/ LCD only mode. will need to dig through the menu again to change.

For me , i always turn off the camera and turn it back on again when i need to shoot.

That is really small :$ And at F4 , still a good aperture on the 7

How do you feel about the PQ taken with the noct on Nex7 against M9?

Hi,

I do not have M9 as my digital Leica body is the old M8. You should be able to find PQ comparison of these 2 cams in internet and likely that someone had done a detail comparison.

I would think that M9 is in different league and market segment as it is several times more expensive than Nex-7. In addition, M9 is a full frame without AA filter.
