I don't see much of portrait post here, anyone?

I did some using the 45mm f1.8.. But don't think my models would allow me to post their faces on public forums lol....

A few of mine and friend's, they can't really complain at this age :) All shot wide open, all Olympus lens from old to new...

Pen F lens 38/1.8, the indoor auto WB is pretty accurate compared to previous Pen.

thanks for sharing, at least we know how capable OMD handle children. Nice bokeh.

Sorry for noob question, but with the OM 50/1.4, does this mean 100mm equivalent when mounted on a m43?

No worries, must respect your model.

Lol.... Maybe I will try on one of my very young friend(3mths old) when I visit her next week. I am sure she won't and cannot complain lol!!!! Unless her parents do...

Yes OMD has crop factor of 2X in 35mm/full frame contact, thus 50mm is equivalent to 100mm.

OMD handles manual lenses better than Pen - fast FPS, short shutter lag, quick EVF activation. Though some patience, luck and anticipation is still required when it comes to kids:)

My first weekend owning OMD. Two pictures of my baby girl taken this morning with 25mm f1.4

Its not a crop factor. U just multiply by 2.

gotta like this shot:)

Took some nightscapes with the E-M5 and 25mm f/1.4. Special mention goes to the IBIS which allowed me to take these at ISO400 handheld. Both are out-of-camera JPEGs, resized in Olympus Viewer 2 for uploading. I also had some bokeh-licious portraits of a pretty girl with equally pretty round bokeh light balls, but she didn't want me to post them. Ah well...

E-M5 + PL 25mm f/1.4, f/1.4 @ 1/15s, ISO 400. A cliche MBS night shot. I love how everything is rendered sharp, and the clean blackness of the night sky.

E-M5 + PL 25mm f/1.4, f/2.0 @ 1/4s, ISO 400. Broke all the rules of thirds but I was enchanted by the colourful reflections off the water. Funny enough, the Merlion happened to end up in the bull's eye.

All Taken with Nokton 17.5mm F0.95. Forgot the exact Appertures for each, But the idea is to open it as big as possible as fast as the camera can handle (1/4000) and step down only when the camera complain Over Exposure!

Can I confirm that nokton 17.5mm is a manual focus lens and do not autofocus on m4/3 body?
