nice..
may be u wanna try scanning again if u have your own scanner?
try adjust the constrast and brightness during scanning to pick up the details of her hands, and the white patchy background. then PS to optimise constrast and brightness.
I don't have my own scanner, unfortunately. I process myself, then take the negs to a local Kodak lab :(

lab scan usually "underexposured" your "overexposed" neg in the scanner, so u lost the details in the highlight areas. ;)

Some stuff from a recent shoot in Camden market, on the morning of the fire....

All taken with my Hexar RF, using a variety of 28mm, 40mm and 15mm lenses on TriX400. Film souped in Tmax Dev and stopped with cold water and fixed in Forte fix.

Almost always. Plus there tends to be a bump in contrast sometimes, too. The only time I ever come out with decent results is if I develop in Diafine.

I don't know why, but I like this picture, maybe because it has 3 parts to it and maybe its the texture.

i had that 8.5cm for a bit. A sweet sweet lens. Regret trading it for a 90mm summicron actually.

The 90mm summicron is a fantastic lens. I think you shouldn't regret trading it, but I can trade my 8.5cm with you if you want. ;p

Tri-X (like most B&W films) doesn't have an official ASA/ISO rating. The Kodak-suggested EI is 400. I usually underrate it at 320 or even 250 depending on the environment since neg films hold highlight detail better then shadow.

Here's another shot of her 1/2 sec later (I love the trigger winder ;))
