may be u wanna try scanning again if u have your own scanner?
try adjust the constrast and brightness during scanning to pick up the details of her hands, and the white patchy background. then PS to optimise constrast and brightness.

Almost always. Plus there tends to be a bump in contrast sometimes, too. The only time I ever come out with decent results is if I develop in Diafine.

The 90mm summicron is a fantastic lens. I think you shouldn't regret trading it, but I can trade my 8.5cm with you if you want. ;p

Tri-X (like most B&W films) doesn't have an official ASA/ISO rating. The Kodak-suggested EI is 400. I usually underrate it at 320 or even 250 depending on the environment since neg films hold highlight detail better then shadow.
