I never manage to get my hands on the 1600 film... Cathay was out of stock... :| only had 800 ones and they're not too bad... Tried a roll of NPH, it's really quite nice too, but a little costlier.. But i like to tones :)

Cheers

This is shot on the superia 800

and this on the NPH, rated it 1/3 stop slower to get a little more midtones. First roll with it n still trying to find out how the colors work

i'm actually looking for a cheap 90mm lens, preferably f2 or 2.8....
any recommendations? very low budget.. haha

All cool  !

I guess you can leave those digital shots there, there is a purpose, and it shows great lights :)

I have loads of NPH on MF, never got to try them yet. Will try out some on 35mm ...

I got the Superia 1600, 800, 400 from Konota next day after you posted your 1st picture ... they still have a lot, and they discount if you buy more ...

As for the green cast, yes, I guess it's Fuji's trait. Easy to remove of course, I removed just a bit ...

For 90mm, old Leicas for one I guess. I'm selling my 90mm Voigtlander, but it's f/4.

man... just got stopped from entering velvet last sat.... cause they said my m6 was a 'professional' cam.. nothing compared to a dslr... :|

fuji superia 400

wow nice colors.... hhmmm i take mostly bnw with my rangefinders.... shld try colors as well :)

The best high speed colour neg, in terms of grain, is Fuji Natura 1600. It has a muted colour palette (like Pro400H), which is advantageous when shooting in tungsten light, though it is best shot between 800 and 1000.

ah... sweet.... where can i get them n how much's a roll?

some really colorful shots in this thread....:)

my recent shots....

Yes, lets keep the fire burning, instead of letting it die out. As we discuss about cameras and equipment, I believe the end product, the pictures, deserve their rightful place as well.

Now, I'm not a professional photographer, not by a long shot. But here are some of my humble shots.

Shot with a borrowed Bessa R, coupled with a Industar 26.
Film used is expired K/M ISO 100 COLOUR film. (well, it was just some test shots.)

Let me know if u want them to be removed.

Nonsense. If anyone's pictures need to be removed, it's my expired colour film developed in B&W chemicals. Heh. I'm pretty surprised that it came out so well though. Cmon, more contributions! ;)
