Did a short trip over a weekend to the little island of Bali in the south. Was there on a personal project to record and document local life and culture. I must say it was not a very fruitful trip as I did not manage to find time to really settle in and be with familiarized with the local and feel like I am one in their community. It was not one of the most desired effect I was thinking of getting when I went there to photograph the people. But never the less, here are a few shots which I thought it made the cut, but still not 100% as what I would desire it to be.

Yes, this tree immediately draws you in ....not sure how to describe direction....but, there not much big plant/tree surrounding it ...and after this, will lead you to the famous Gazebo

You have captured some really nice pictures of Bali.

I went there 3 times, and all 3 times were with 135mm/DSLR doing jobs/projects.
If only I had carried the 6X6 I would had captured some really better pictures.

I stayed in Nusadua area, and Kuta/Jimbaran beach sunsets have some really amazing images, possible perhaps only by 6X6.

I like the pictures of Pura Besakih. If you can be there early in the morning or evening, it will be even more stunning.

What camera are you using? Seems like a top level finder, but does not look like a TLR. Seems rather small too..
