This one POWER ! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Kam Sia, LowLights.
But.. may I ask you, what aspect of this photo appeals to you ah?

The overall mood of the shot
the light and the shadow
interesting how the light from the vendor stands out and the mother of the child still have details
How the vendor light does not really over power the background light
and the reddish sky is also eye catching
of course if one wants to talk about the technical aspect then there are areas that these technician will not like :)
just my 2cents

Thank you LowLights.
Yes you are absolutely right.
Honestly I look at this shot.. and I thought it is really technically not good. Distractions, lack of a strong central subject.
But since it is scanned in from the colour negatives without adjustment, I thought it was interesting as the orangey-pink sky was very apparent.
I guess it is the nature of colour film that captures the lattitude of the sky without any blowouts.
Thus, you are right. The colours was the aspect that I found interesting. Not any thing else.

There got so many things to shoot in Hoi An. I saw this bowl inside a so-called don't know what. It is very nice but it is not for bai-bai one. So I just shoot lor.

Limwhow and me we walked around the street. Then I saw this Ang Moh girl. Got Ang Moh, got red lantern and got communist flag. Also very nice. So I just shot lor. But it is dark dark by then already.

This kid is really energetic. He was playing shuttlecock before these shots!
(In Vietnam, it is known as đ cầu and is the national sport, played especially in Hanoi.)
Yes janes, this kid not only energetic. He's very friendly and even swing and pose for me to shoot.
