Serpents...

#26 & #27 :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Good job edwin! :)

'LIKE!'

Thanks. I was hoping for it not to strike at me when I was taking #27. It was a close shot and probably within its striking distance.

Get a longer lens!

What do gear do you use for this? Hope to go shooting with you all someday. :)

I'm used to working with the macro lens. I may not have enough space to work with longer lenses at times.

For that wagler's, a longer lens definitely won't work. The area is quite dense. It's also better to observe their reaction and behavior up close (for me).

All shots taken with either 450D or 6D with 100mm macro and 1 or 2 flash(es).

Get a 200mm micro lens :devil:..............:bsmilie:

I'd rather invest on a good pair of gloves for protection. But having that will make me more crazy and in higher risks.

Wonderful snakes' shots ! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

*P.S.: This species resembles a highly venomous species. Please leave it alone if you see this snake or any similar looking snake.

I had to handle it for shots as once I left it on the ground, it will find its way under the grass which make it impossible for shots.
