usually i'll use the meter (inside the vf) to argar... then shoot one frame testing.. then after that is hover around there liow lor, minor adjustment.

ehehe dunno wat other pple mean lar, but i mean exposure.. hehe

mostly using a smaller aperture.. er meaning smaller hole, higher f number, so that less ambient light goes in, (but ur flash on ttl or auto mode will compensate accordingly) or else, could always use a faster shutter (also will get less ambient light, and no need to whack the flash so much), but then i only have max 1/125 sync on my body so can't go that high also.

damn.. hope i'm not confusing u? :embrass:

same problem I am facing with D100, sync is only 1/180...
usually I stop down on my flash...
