I just changed my mind. No more for me.

1) went on monday, people there accepted my disc for prints, they didn't know printer got prob, the guy in charge was at auto show till 4, come back print, promise me 6pm can collect.

2) guy back, call me say printer print that time got stain, can't rectify, I LPPL. I was at tanjong pagar in the afternoon I could have gone to KT, but since they were nearer (read: 5mins walk) I went there. End up too late liao, can't go cos they notify me at 5++ and I got appt with you all to shoot FW @ 8.

3) call them up on wed say continue print, they say latest wed evening can resolve, thurs morning can get the prints...

4) Call them, no answer. Went down to collect the prints at 1.30+, tell me still got issue, those with white BG can see the stain, 2/10 cannot be used. They told me they printed over 60 of the 2 to test. Ok lor, give up, I pay for the 8/10. $5 ea somemore, before CS discount. KT is much cheaper.

All these took me 4 days and now I still have to go down to KT to do the remaining 2 8R. WASTE of my time. I paid for the rest as I felt bad they had to do so many test prints. Now sitting on my table.

They also said that day I went was on maintenance day, thus the attire, I went today, same thing.

I did give them :thumbsup: for good service, but reliability wise, I'm sorry to say they've just lost me as a customer, I'd be happier travelling 1.5 hours to/fro chinatown from home/office and be assured I can get what I want.

Service is good. Reliability wise... no go. :thumbsd:

Unless I get paid like few K for the job, else I won't go BM, they're good but un-ncessarily expensive. I don't blame them, but a bit too much lor... they import the albums from gloryworkz at X-Y price, I normally would pay X+Y buying direct from gloryworkz, but BM charges (X+Y) * 2!!!!

Too ex lor. Kena twice already. I feel like importing in bulk from GW so that I won't end up buying from BM when they have no stock.

But BM is still good.
