The reason for that is that what you are suggesting is practically impossible to do convincingly. The subjects are always separated because blending one subject into a static background (with the correct lighting and shadows etc.) is much easier if the subjects are not overlapping. It is possible to merge subjects over eachother, but the recreation of shadow information as well as the edges of the subject is extremely difficult. That is why I have tried to think of amusing images where I can "interact" with the other subject without having to have them actually touch.

I tried 3, the first 2 were too fake as I didn't know how to put in shadows. The last one was too blur. It forcused on the wardrobe behind instead.

Anw realised your friend on the floor didn't have a shadow for his left arm. Or was that the part you were mentioning?

yeah.. guess i forgot to do that part, the other badly PS part was the "long kang" or whatever you called that. the front part, quite obvious.
